HOMEGROWN 2025

So… we have just announced our big annual ‘Homegrown’ Alldayer for 2025… and we’re seriously proud of the bill - which features a lot of our favourite bands and good friends that we have met, played with, hung out with and partied with in recent years!! Every one of these bands means something to us, and to have 8 of these superb heavy bands coming down to London from around the UK just for this one event is amazing. It’s going to be one hell of day, as people who came along last year will remember! Here’s the ‘press release’ with some of the details:

‘Civil War London are BACK with this year's late-summer 'Homegrown' Alldayer 2025 on Saturday 13 September at the Black Heart in Camden Town, London, with a massive 8-band bill of the finest home-grown stoner rock and heavy-psych vibes from across the UK.

Headliners Dunes (Ripple Music) will be heading down from Newcastle alongside Edinburgh's Earl of Hell (Copper Feast Records), London's Okay You Win & Gramma Vedetta (Mandrone Records), Midlands' heavy outfits This Summit Fever (Majestic Mountain Records) and Slump, with Bristol's Superseed (Savage Magic Records) and Norwich's Pilot The Dune completing a hard-hitting, fuzzed out line-up. Those of you who have been with us since the beginning will know that running shows in Camden, and specifically at the Black Heart, was always one of our biggest goals, putting on gigs at the very heart of the UK (and arguably, global) heavy scene, so doing these all-dayers really means the world to us. Please spread the word about this show amongst your friends, at gigs, across forums etc., and help us to really put Civil War on the map! This thing we have made together, slowly but surely, piece by piece, is finally turning into the dream I had for this community 6 years ago, into an actual reality. It’s a fucking beautiful thing, and my thanks go out to each and every one of you for you help, support and enthusiasm over the 6 years that we have been doing this, and for the crazy times and memories we have made along the way.
